True Ceylon is the paper-thin inner bark of Cinnamomum verum, rolled into quills by hand in Sri Lanka. Slow, expensive work. Cassia gets harvested by machine, which is why cassia is what fills the discount jar.
We buy from a single cooperative in Kandy and test every harvest for species and coumarin before it touches our warehouse.
Consistency

Ground bark swings with the harvest, the region and the year. A 12:1 concentrated extract gets measured and adjusted until every softgel delivers exactly 600 mg of the same thing.
