Our story
Built around one expensive decision.
Walk into any pharmacy, pick up the cinnamon pills and read the Latin name. Most say Cinnamomum cassia: hard, fast bark that costs almost nothing per kilo. Ceylon is the other tree. Choosing it is expensive, and it is the entire reason TypeTwo exists.
The species
Two trees, one name.
Cassia is cheap, quick and high in coumarin, which is why Germany's risk institute set a daily limit for it. Ceylon, Cinnamomum verum, is thin papery bark peeled by hand in Sri Lanka, carrying only trace coumarin.
One of them belongs in something you swallow every day. The other one is in most supplements you can buy. Sit with that for a second.

Made properly
Tested loudly, sold quietly.
One product, made properly: true Ceylon extract concentrated 12:1, one softgel with breakfast. Every batch goes through an independent lab for identity, coumarin and heavy metals.
And what it won't do: it is not medication, and it won't rescue a week of bad decisions. Testers describe something smaller. Afternoons that hold.
How we work
The rules we run by
No invented doctors. No stock-photo physicians, no "recommended by specialists" without a named, real specialist.
No filtered reviews. Every verified review is published, including the ones that sting.
No hidden numbers. Dose, standardization and source, stated in full on the label.
No miracle talk. Studies run 8 to 12 weeks. Anyone promising day three is selling you a story.
No marketplaces. Sold only at trytypetwo.com, so nobody can blend, relabel or age our product.
“I had two half-empty jars in the cupboard before this. Week six was when I stopped thinking about the afternoon slump.”
